They contain important details regarding subscription dates, delivery days, as well as the compensation and cancellation policy.

By reading them, you ensure clarity of the service and its proper operation.

Terms & Conditions – Happy Box

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Happy Box website and application (referred to as the “Website”/“Online Services”).
The Website and services are operated and managed by Happy Box (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Website or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with any part, we advise you not to use our services.

Happy Box reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the services after any amendments constitutes your implied acceptance of the new terms.

2. Terms of Use

  • Access to the Website’s services is available only to individuals legally capable of representing themselves.

  • Individuals who are not legally qualified under local laws may not use our services.

  • These Terms & Conditions override any previous agreements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Registration and Personal Account

  • Registration requires providing accurate and complete personal information (such as name, class, and contact details).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • Happy Box is not liable for any losses resulting from misuse of your account or loss of your password.

  • If you suspect any illegal activity or unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. Subscription and Service Start

  • The subscription begins after completing the subscription process through our official and only website, Happy Box.

  • Subscription starts once you receive a confirmation email stating the type of subscription (weekly or monthly).

  • Weekly subscription: includes 5 meals for five days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday).

  • The subscription begins within 24 hours after registration. You must contact us via WhatsApp and confirm the start date to ensure meal delivery the following day.

  • Monthly subscription: includes 4 consecutive weeks, each with 5 meals (20 meals per month).

Meal scheduling:

  • Week 1 = 5 meals as per the “Week 1 Menu” listed on the Website.

  • Week 2 = 5 meals as per the “Week 2 Menu” listed on the Website.

  • Week 3 = repeat of Week 1 meals.

  • Week 4 = repeat of Week 2 meals.

5. Payment and Renewal

  • Payment is made in advance, and the subscription is only valid once payment has been confirmed.

  • The subscription renews automatically if you select the Auto-Renew option (Optional).

6. Cancellation and Refund

  • Once subscribed, the payment is non-refundable.

  • To stop auto-renewal, you must cancel before the start of the new week (Optional).

7. Delivery and Absences

  • Meals are delivered to the school or the agreed delivery point.

  • If there is a school holiday, the meal is not compensated, and the delivery location cannot be changed.

  • In case of an error by Happy Box, the subscriber will be compensated with a free meal at the earliest opportunity.

8. Quality and Responsibility

  • All meals are prepared according to the highest hygiene and quality standards.

  • The subscriber/guardian must inform us in advance of any food allergies or special requirements.

  • Happy Box is not responsible for any harm resulting from the failure to disclose such information.

9. Electronic Communication

  • By using the Website, you agree to receive our electronic messages (alerts, invoices, notifications).

  • All such communications are legally binding and equivalent to written transactions.

  • Happy Box reserves the right to record and monitor any communication for service improvement.

10. Privacy

  • All subscriber data is confidential and used solely for service provision.

  • Data will not be shared with any third party except with prior consent or as required by local laws.

11. Website and Service Protection

  • Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or tamper with the Website or its data is strictly prohibited.

  • Any unlawful use may result in account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.
